Sun is shining, the weather is sweet, yeah… don’t mind me, just listening to Bob Marley in the sun, sipping this delicious and refreshing Jasmine Tea Smoothie on a real-life Spring day. All is well right about now!

I have been drinking this new tea called Pique Tea Crystals and it essentially makes it impossible for you to have a bitter cup of tea. It’s perfect every time because they crystalize a perfect cup of organic tea with filtered water and serve it up with no tea bags (less risk of BPA as well as gluten that is often used in tea bags). I was pretty intrigued after discovering it. Not only does it taste great but is SO HANDY for travel. I toss some in my purse and am set to go, and I need to pack lightly!!

Have you tried Jasmine Tea? I absolutely adore the elegant floral aroma you get the second your lips hit the mug. It’s like you’ve already started to taste it and it’s not even in your mouth yet! Mmmmm!

It also has a ton of health benefits, since it’s a floral addition to green tea, you get all the green tea perks and then some. It reduces stress, improves the digestion process and eases inflammation like muscle aches and pains. Sounds like a great post-workout drink to me – and speaking of, check out the other ingredients of this smoothie:

Raw local honey to help with seasonal hay-fever and allergies (which is famous in the Springtime!)

Lemon packed with vitamin C

Fresh seasonal spinach which is full of basically everything else you could want or need (hello protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals)

Not to mention: Chia seeds for Omega 3’s, a little banana for potassium and creamy coconut milk rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals like selenium and iron and more.

And then with a whiz of the blender, you have this super fresh and sunny drink.

SO Refreshing, the floral notes and delicate citrus flavors have to put a smile on your face. I think I’m going to be drinking Jasmine Tea a lot more often!
